Recruitment marketing that reaches the right people before your competitors do.

Attract better quality candidates.

Reach people before they start looking.

Build talent pools for key roles.

Recruitment marketing campaigns for hard-to-fill roles.

We run recruitment marketing campaigns aimed at the specific job titles you struggle to fill. Together we build a target list of the organisations your people would otherwise be working for, then advertise to those job families directly, by title, employer and location. It works the same way account based marketing works in sales, applied to the talent you need instead.
  • A target list of talent competitors, by job family and role
  • Campaigns targeted by job title, employer, location and career stage
  • Retargeting that serves job ads to the people who engaged with your content
  • Audience lists your talent acquisition team can approach directly later

Who it’s for
Organisations with roles that stay open for months, in markets where the people are scarce.
Outcome
Your roles in front of the exact people who could do them.

A steady flow of candidates as you grow.

We keep your organisation visible to the people you will need to hire next, so the pipeline is warm before the roles open. This matters most when you have won a major project, entered a growth phase, or need a steady flow of people into the same roles all year. Campaigns run continuously against your target audience rather than starting from nothing each time a vacancy appears.
  • Continuous campaigns against your priority audiences and locations
  • Employee-led video and content that runs as the campaign creative
  • Ghostwritten articles from the people already doing those roles
  • Campaign management across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube and Google

Who it’s for
Employers hiring into the same roles repeatedly, or scaling after winning new work.
Outcome
A warm audience already familiar with you when the roles open.

Reaching candidates overseas and interstate.

We run campaigns into the markets where your people actually are, which is often another state or another country. For roles in genuinely short supply, the available pool in your own city may be too small to solve the problem, so the answer is reaching qualified people elsewhere who would consider a move. We handle the targeting, the messaging for each market, and the content that answers what someone relocating needs to know.
  • Campaigns targeted by country, state and region
  • Messaging written for each market rather than one message everywhere
  • Content answering relocation, registration and settling-in questions
  • Reporting by market, so you can see where the interest is coming from

Who it’s for
Employers in skill-short sectors where local hiring alone will not fill the roster.
Outcome
Qualified candidates from markets you were not previously reaching.

Recruitment media managed, with reporting for your executive.

We take on the day to day running of your recruitment media, so your team does not have to. That covers your job board spend, your paid search and social campaigns, and the reporting that shows what each channel is actually producing. Every month you get a clear view of cost per application, cost per hire and which audiences are responding, so the budget moves towards what works.
  • Job board management and spend across SEEK, Indeed and LinkedIn
  • Google search campaigns on the terms your candidates use
  • Paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn and YouTube
  • Monthly reporting on applications, cost per hire and audience performance

FAQ

What to know before choosing a recruitment marketing agency.

The things that come up most often when a team is deciding whether to run recruitment marketing properly. If your question is not here, bring it to the call and we will talk it through.
What does a recruitment marketing agency actually do?
A recruitment marketing agency helps you reach the people you need to hire, rather than waiting for them to find your job ads. In practice that means working out who you need, where they currently work, and what would make them consider a move, then building campaigns and content that reach them directly. We create the creative, run the media, and report on what it produces. The audience those campaigns build becomes something your own team can use.
Do we need an EVP before we start?
No. Plenty of clients come to us for recruitment marketing without a defined EVP, and we can get going with a lighter version. We work out what you promise the specific audience you are targeting, get a few of your people on camera, and build the campaign from there. If it becomes clear the wider promise needs proper work, we will say so, because campaigns built on a claim your employees would not recognise tend to bring people in and lose them again quickly. See our EVP consulting page if that is where you think you are.
How is this different from using a recruitment agency?
A recruitment agency finds you candidates and charges a fee per placement, usually a percentage of salary. Recruitment marketing builds your own pipeline, so the people applying come to you directly. The cost sits with the media and the content rather than with each hire, which means it improves as your brand becomes more familiar in the market. Most organisations use both, and the sensible balance depends on how many people you hire into the same roles. If you fill the same job repeatedly, the case for building your own audience is strong.
Is this a monthly retainer or a one-off campaign?
Both, depending on what you are solving. Most of our work is monthly and ongoing, aimed at the job titles an organisation hires into continually, because familiarity builds over time and the results improve the longer a campaign runs. We also run fixed campaigns, usually when a client has won a contract or is entering a growth phase and wants to build presence with a particular audience over a set period. We will tell you which we think fits, and we are happy to be wrong about it.
Do you work with organisations across Australia?
Yes. We are based in Sydney and run campaigns nationally, including in regional areas where the local candidate pool is small. Our work covers national construction firms, healthcare and NDIS providers, government departments, Australian technology companies, professional services firms, retirement living operators and global consumer brands. We also run campaigns into overseas markets when a role genuinely cannot be filled locally. Campaigns are targeted by state, region and city, so a role in Townsville is not advertised the same way as the same role in Melbourne.
What content do the campaigns actually use?
Usually your own people, on camera, talking about the work. Employee video performs better than anything corporate, because candidates believe employees more than they believe employers. Alongside that we use written pieces from people already doing the roles you are hiring into, since a nurse or an engineer reading something written by their equivalent will recognise whether it is true. If you already have footage or content, we will use it. If you do not, we can produce it, which is covered on our recruitment video page.
How do we know it is working?
You get monthly reporting on the numbers that matter: applications, cost per application, cost per hire, and how each audience and channel is performing. We set the baseline before we start so the comparison means something. Some things move quickly, particularly application volume and quality once the targeting is right. Familiarity with passive candidates builds more slowly, and that is the part that eventually lowers your cost per hire. We will be straight with you about which is which rather than reporting impressions as though they were results.
What happens after the first few months?
The audience you have built becomes an asset your team can use. Because campaigns run against a matched list of target organisations and job titles, after a few months your talent acquisition team can approach people who have already seen your content several times, which is a very different conversation from a cold approach. From there, most clients either widen the campaign to new role families or deepen it in the same one. If the work points towards a bigger employer brand question, our employer brand activation page covers what that looks like.
